At Rosewood & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
